Have you been hustling your way through life too much? What if you started to hustle less and breathe more?
It’s time for another morning sesh and we have coffee.. yayyyy also, it’s so peaceful as per usual… how are you doing? This morning I felt inclined for a bit to dive into a daily devotional or sermon or something but then, another part of me was like.
Allowing Saying Bye To Struggle.
Menellia.. just breathe and allow God to simply listen to your heart. So that’s our topic for today. Breathing.
There’s one thing I struggled with for some time and that was having an open conversation with myself. To connect with my inner self whilst relaxing, breathing and being me.
Because for some time I felt a struggle to constantly push, constantly having the feeling of making it happen and battling with staying in my job and focusing on my business. The sad part was though it was not from a place free-flowing energy.
It felt hard, tiring, frustrating… booking a client, creating content, showing up, always pushing, until I started to feel disconnected with my purpose.. Maybe you’ve felt that way.
But I wanna share with you a secret today. When you let go when you slow down when you release your hold on the reins of the “hustle”.
You also tap into your inner self to better understand what your heart is telling you the process and experience of living life to the fullest and creating the work you love feels like a leisure vacation.
But it starts with a conversation. A conversation with getting to understand who you are as a person, what matters deeply, and how to share or create from that space. In this episode, we have a chat about that deeper.
The Art Of Unplugging & Inner Conversation.
I will touch base on the 2 main reasons slowing down, unplugging from the noise, and tapping into your inner heart conversation can support your journey to an abundant life.
Of course, this takes daily practice as this truly allows you to create and live a life you are absolutely in love with. And I would love to invite you to begin that journey today. To give yourself that permission and space to become fulfilled, happy, and embrace living in joy and ease.
Until next time. xx Menellia
