It’s transformation Tuesday, and we’re highlighting goal achievement. We’re about to end q2 of the iconic year of 2020. And you might be thinking, should I cancel my goals? Or how are you going to achieve them?
The art of goal setting is usually overlooked by many or a stressful process. However, it is a very powerful process for all major achievements.
And on my Instagram stories, the majority voted for this week’s video to be on goal achievement, so I think it’s safe to say that it’s been top of mind.
So how do you really achieve your goals?
A quick tip to help you achieve your goals.
One practice or habit you can incorporate is tracking your goals. That way, you won’t get scattered.
Here’s a tip, get a new journal, and on the first page, write out the core outcome “or goals” you want to achieve by the end of 2020. That way, you can strategize with focus, and action them out with more enthusiasm and guidance.
But, it’s also a great way to be inspired if you fall off the wagon or get distracted and actually achieve your goals.
I also share this great practice with my clients, and that is to write a letter to their future self 1 year from now. And in that letter detail out your achievements as if they have already manifested.
Also, this stimulates emotional energy around your goals, and, reading a letter or story about it already done helps you reverse engineer your action steps and strategies better.
